Las reglas para usar este sitio, la API, el servidor MCP y la sandbox mientras Pricto está en acceso anticipado. Son cortas a propósito; cuando abra el registro y los planes pagados, habrá condiciones completas para cada cuenta.The rules for using this site, the API, the MCP server and the sandbox while Pricto is in early access. They're short on purpose; when sign-up and paid plans open, there will be full conditions for each account.

La sandboxThe sandbox

• La key sk_test_sandbox y el servidor /mcp/sandbox son públicos y gratis, para probar e integrar.The sk_test_sandbox key and the /mcp/sandbox server are public and free, for testing and integrating.
• Responden con datos de ejemplo: los nombres de tiendas y marcas son reales, pero los precios, los códigos de barras y las URLs son inventados. No los presentes como precios reales.They answer with sample data: store and brand names are real, but prices, barcodes and URLs are made up. Don't present them as real prices.
• Tienen límites (5 consultas por segundo, 60 por minuto y 5.000 al día). No intentes saltarlos.They have limits (5 requests per second, 60 per minute and 5,000 per day). Don't try to get around them.
• Podemos cambiarla, limitarla o apagarla, por ejemplo ante un abuso.We may change, limit or turn it off, for example in case of abuse.

Datos realesReal data

Los datos reales se entregan solo con una key privada. Hoy las keys privadas se entregan a mano; cuando abra el registro, su uso quedará sujeto al plan, a los precios publicados y a las licencias de display y redistribución que se describen ahí.Real data is delivered only with a private key. Today private keys are issued by hand; when sign-up opens, their use will be subject to the plan, the published pricing and the display and redistribution licenses described there.

De dónde salen los datosWhere the data comes from

Capturamos precios que las tiendas publican en sus sitios, sin iniciar sesión (metodología, nuestro robot). Cada precio trae la URL de la ficha y la hora en que lo vimos. Un precio puede ser distinto en la tienda por la hora, la ubicación, el stock o las condiciones de pago: verifica en la fuente antes de usarlo para una decisión importante.We capture prices that stores publish on their sites, without logging in (methodology, our bot). Every price carries the product page URL and the time we saw it. A price may differ at the store because of time, location, stock or payment conditions: check the source before using it for an important decision.

Uso aceptableAcceptable use

• No uses el servicio para algo ilegal, ni para dañar o sobrecargar a Pricto o a terceros.Don't use the service for anything illegal, or to harm or overload Pricto or third parties.
• No compartas una key privada ni intentes usar la de otra persona.Don't share a private key or try to use someone else's.
• Al mostrar nuestros datos, cita la fuente con la línea de atribución que trae cada respuesta.When showing our data, cite the source with the attribution line every response carries.

Los nombres de tiendas, cadenas y marcas son de sus dueños. Los usamos para identificar de dónde sale cada precio; no implican relación ni respaldo.Store, chain and brand names belong to their owners. We use them to identify where each price comes from; they don't imply any relationship or endorsement.
